‘Slow Pulse Boys’, the story of And Also The Trees

And Also the Trees are an English band, formed in 1979 in Inkberrow, Worcestershire. A home demo tape was sent to The Cure, who were looking for support bands on their 1981 tour, leading to a friendship between the two bands. Their second demo tape, From Under the Hill (1982), was partly co-produced by Robert Smith and Mike Hedges and their first LP was produced by Lol Tolhurst.

The documentary follows the 40 years career of the band, with interviews of actual and previous members, collaborators, fans, with lots of footages never seen before.
